IMPORTANT: Users retain full copyrights of any books generated in their account.
All books, stories, content, and creative works generated through Harmin Books belong entirely to the user who created them. Harmin Books does not claim any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over user-generated content. Users have the exclusive right to publish, distribute, modify, and monetize their generated books in any manner they choose.
Permission is granted to temporarily use Harmin Books for personal and commercial book creation purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

Harmin Books strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Credits reset monthly and do not carry over between billing periods.
Harmin Books employs automated plagiarism detection and correction systems to ensure generated content is original. However, users are ultimately responsible for verifying the originality of their content before publication.
Harmin Books shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
